A tiny parking lot for those spaces you want t have something else than just vegetation.
They can also be combined to create long parking lots along roads!

The stats are lower than my bigger paking lots that I have created.

They dont work at my city. I can place them, but there are no cars parking :o(

Hi could you update it to be free of park maintenance?
Maintenance staff complained that there are too many 1x1 parks.

Each parking lot adds a seagul? My city has been overrun by the squeals.

Fills out tiny spaces really well, when another coffee shop just doesn't make sense. Can also be placed near parks in residential zones, or to return parking spaces to an area when roads have to be changed to support trees instead of parking.
