Updated to new version with new texture and building type.

Located now under power for easy placement and works as semi powerlines i guess but does not produce power.

Feels like walls would work better if they were to be placed like roads so theres less concern about whether the grounds flat or not. Is there no way to mod that way?

A new style of wall in the parks category has been made. now wont float but I will keep theese up as a second option with more flexibility.
