This is an updated version of my Medusa Junction ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406626365 )

- Sizeable internal city services area with deadicated on ramp feeding early into the circle allowing you to place police, fire, and medical services in here rather than on an arm.
- Pre-raised, with longer internal ramps to reduce "slope too steep" issues.
- Inbound ramps not added. You just need to connect the inbound ramps to the connectiors in place. Again, this is to reduce "slope too steep" issues.
- On/off traffic flow fixed
- Same size as the previous version.
