1x1 filler cement by gerokzule.
This is a 1x1 park with no stats that fill cement.
there is another version that shows up in the power menu that is placeable anyplace does not req a roadside connection available here.

did you toggle it to "ON" under the content manager ingame befor loading your map? I just retested it and its working fine. ingame it will not have the picture icon.
