4x4 All-in-one-park by .4

The reason I made this:
- Don't you just feel the anger when you have a 4x4 slot and you need to add something for the citizens to do with because they house's in orange/red but all park are 5x5 or more, and you don't feel like adding Dargalin's Small 3x3 parking lot then XB92AI's 1x1 Swing Park next by?!? And you just too lazy to go to workshop and find a 4x4 park so you decided make it on your own?
- Dog park, child ground, normal people park... too much to add too little space. This park solve everything so now they all can come together and play on their own place, do their own thing.
- I like number 4...

I want to add more (like light) but aparently they have a limit of object in a slot, but who need light when they only have 1 timeline in the world...
