This mod makes you able to make your prisoners work in your own weed farm.
The weed can be sold for a pretty good amount of money to finance your prison.

Hey fellow gamers, to fix the NO EQUIPMENT issue, you need to go into your game files and find this mod. Then open the reform_program text file and remove the line: "EQUIPMENT NONE". Then save it and restart.

Also, when I do the weed farming program I have the gardener and schedule, but it says "NO EQUIPMENT", how do you fix this?

If you go into the job/reform programs you can remove the line that says EQUIPMENT NONE
