Working car park spaces with Soccer Field attached. Provides entertainment for local area.

NOTE: CIMS will treat this like a normal park, they'll walk all over it, walk dogs and sit down. This won't actually show a soccer game as the animations don't exist in the game. If this become available at some point, I'll update it. For now though, it looks fantastic.
