Mission
PMC Versus operators will seize the town of Protvino with the assistance of Dagger and Landslide before moving on to clear the mechanized infantry base to the south-east.

Situation
February 25th, 2004: the enemy forces have started retreating to the two СРГА controlled towns in the south: Kovrov and Zirnitra. The NATO local high command (callsign Red Crown) wants to seize this opportunity and capture the north-eastern coast of Podagorsk.

PMC Versus operators (callsign November) have been assigned the responsibility to oversee the operation. November will seize the town of Protvino with the assistance of two NATO M2A3 IFV's (callsign Landslide) and a squad of infantry (callsign Dagger). Dagger and Landslide will assault the town proper on November's command and November will be on point in clearing the pier area on the north-eastern edge of the town.

Once the town is under NATO's control, Dagger and Landslide will hold position and November will continue south-east and seize the mechanized infantry base which poses the most immediate threat to Protvino. The weather conditions are poor and due to the heavy morning fog air support is not available at this moment.

Commission for this operation is 22,000 dollars.

Enemy
Although the СРГА forces are currently retreating south, Red Crown estimates that a considerable force of enemy mechanized infantry is still occupying the town of Protvino. The NATO-СРГА frontlines have been at a standstill for several months in this flank and the enemy most likely have dug in deep. The pier area is extremely dangerous due to high structures with several vantage points.

Red Crown has no intel on the enemy forces in the mechanized infantry base but that will most likely be the direction enemy gets their reinforcements from. Red Crown reminds all NATO personnel that this operation will likely be the last push before the enemy forces are completely cornered.
