Adds the Santa Maria del Fiore as a ploppable unique building in the game. It has a custom LoD model.

The Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore is the main church of Florence, Italy.

With support for Rush Hour, event is the Scoppio del Carro[en.wikipedia.org].

This is one of my favourite assets here! Fantastic! The only thing: no visitors. My cims go everywhere, except to that nice church :-( Maybe they don't know, what's really worth to visit ^^
