C4 and IED With No Phong

The Title Says It All

**BRIEFING**

After noticing how annoying the glossy coat, or "phong" as it's called, was on most of the weapons/equipment, I decided to just remove it. This mod removes the phong on the security C4, which is the stock model/texture for C4, and Dr. Plagues, the Primal IED, which is a retexture that I think looks way better than the original.

**DISCLAIMER**

I did not make the IED model, I just editted it. Dr. Plague made the retexture. I simply editted the VMT files to make a Primal IED with no gloss.

@» RAD1C4L « I pretty much stopped playing insurgency after finding that this game isnt as tactical as id like it to be. I pretty much only play PR and squad. but if i see gameplay improvment I'll update and continue playing. Sorry

@G.I. Genocide Hey bro, would you not mind updating this to work with the latest patch since things got changed a bit and I am subscribed to your mod, but I keep seeing the default vanilla textures of the C4 and IED. Thanks and keep up the good work!
