Unlock All Areas For Free

Able to unlock all areas for free at the start of the game
Gain no money from unlocking all milestones
Unlock all milestones at the start of the game allowing you to unlock all areas for free at the start of the game.

*Has to unlock all milestone to be able to allow to unlock all area slots in future I want to make it so it only unlocks all the area milestones.

Able to unlock all areas for free

*Unables to unlock all areas for free off the start

(works with mods such as MaxArea allowing for 25 free areas etc..)

I see there hasn't been a post here since 2015, is there still a plan for 3.0 I sure hope so. I just want the tiles not the milestones unlocked. Hope that is possible. Thanks
