Subscribe to this item and see Andrew's 1x1 Tenement building with a fully working and operational car park appear in your city!

The Car park is at the back of the building and can be used by residents of the tenement, you will be able to see their cars parked there - If they choose to do so.

The building can appear in 4 different colours!

This is a level 1 building.

It doesn't belong somewhere else: This IS a Level 1 low density building already in the game, which I have edited myself.

It looks really good, but I'm worried that since it's a level 1, low-density building, it will look out of place when it appears next to single-family homes in my small, developing neighborhoods in new cities. If you could make this be a high-density building, I would use it. :) Clarification: Even though it doesn't appear to actually hold many people, it looks like it belongs among other high density buildings. Really, it's more of a middle density building, but unfortunately the game doesn't have that...anyway...I've rambled on enough.
