Ever thought about where you could get yourself the towns best donuts? Well don't worry pal, i got you covered! These are the best donuts in town, dont believe me? Then go try one at a Sally's Donutshop near you!

Important!
This item applies for saved games, you dont need to create a new one for it to appear!

Installing:
1. Click the subscribe button.
2. Let it download.
3. Go ingame and go to 'content manager' -> Assets.
4. Check if the item has been installed, make sure the little box with on/off is ticked blue.
5. Play!

Level 1 commercial building.
Building Time: 35 (Seconds)

Stats are now included. These are the only stats you can change for commercial buildings, the rest is preset. I hope it helps :D
