Update V0.1 compatibility with volcano biomes

Adds a Pig Queen that gives gems instead of gold.

I have taken my Pig Queen from my exmg mod and made it a stand alone addition. Be careful her bodyguards are very loyal and protective.

Command Me Master Update:
eq() gives you the basics and spawns a camp fire.
myqueen() teleports you to the pig queen if there is one and does nothing if there isn't. The guards will attack.
newmap() regenerates the map. use with either cave enable or disabled.
speed() sets your speed to fast so you can run around the map and look the hard way.

UPDATE 0.0.3: Added option to check for spawn of pig queen and regenerate map if she didn't spawn. Turn it off if you are having problems with other world generation mods.

p.s. This is ment for a new map but you can spawn her into existing map with c_spawn("pig_gemqueen") If you do spawn her in I would recommend putting her by her man the pig king
