It's Manny Calavera from that classic adventure game, Grim Fandango! It's not a rip 'cause I don't own the remastered game, but rather a hacking-together of parts from various models. Anyway, this is a player model, NPC and ragdoll with viewmodel arms. It's also a beta release - he still needs rigging and texture touch-ups. Anyway, enjoy and don't pet the cat that way.
