I fixed the electric lines but it still says it's damaged

As I remember:
1) Climb into the small house second floor. (Through the window outside)
2) Grab keys on the bed
3) Proceed to the field with crashed electric pole.
4) Connect sparkling electric lines to the pole (Physically bring them close to the pole's top)
5) Start the generator underground (Just click a button at bottom floor)
6) Use radio at the radio room
7) While you wait for the train to arrive, collect (as I believe) 3 suitcases. Their spawn points are randomized across the map.
8) When train arrives, drop the suitcases into one of the cargo containers, it will tell you how many needs to be put in.
9) When all suitcases are loaded, hop on the train and depart.

Note: I am currently studying and unable to fix/update map.
