Adds Oz Insurgency logos to helmets!
Insurgent helmets are not active in game but have been customised anyway. They were removed a while ago, but may be added back in. The file still exists. Security helmets work perfectly.

And yes, I think it would be good to see them added back in. There have been so many changes I can't remember them all. But I believe they had helmets at one point. I presume that's why they exist.

I don't believe they are used anymore, but the files are still there, so I did them in case they are added back in.
