When you say error instead of the skin, do you mean it's a missing texture? Or the model is an error?

Now I have error instead of skin. Why?

The last committer secretly added a backdoor, luckily I have just noticed it and hopefully no servers have yet been affected. It wasn't too serious, and didn't look like it could do much damage unless they had a good serverside knowledge of the addons you were using (which is unlikely).
However, as a result, I will not longer be accepting commits.
