The digits are all set as bodygroups, so right click on the model > set bodygroup > big list of stuff to choose from.
In order to add digits you need bodygroup / skinchanger script in sfm in order to make changes easier . http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207878486
One you add the script to your files, right click > add rig >browse and search for it .
you will get more sliders in the model.
Just a little thing Death_watch model does not have the digital clock (digits), so you have to lock the digits to "time" bone in the watch and rescale it.
