This adds a new block, the Stone Stand. It acts much like a stone wall, but can be rotated in the X/Y axis and put in the ceiling or in the floor.

Getting the Stone Stand

These steps require you to have completed the Stone House research quest:

Build the Stone Stand as a normal Large block.

Notes

Although the block can be used as a replacement to the Stone Wall, I recommend you not to do that in order to preserve your buildings in case this mod become unnecessary (e.g. Keen adds their own stone piece for the ceiling).

Because I used the Stone Wall model, this block's textures blends nicely with the ceiling, but not with the top of the blocks, where stones are much bigger. This can be hidden by Wood Platforms or by another layer of Stone Stands, as I did in the last screenshot.

I have put together a new version as this one appears to be dead for some time.

Should the mod author wish, I can make a second version of mine using the same block ID as his original work for those who need if for their blueprints. My version is all new code and block id's

Yeah an update is just what I need - again there is yet another person - i.e. ME - whos looking for that stone ceiling/floor slab to fit between two arches :( Ill keep an eye out for ya to update this for us, would be great!

@WhoManBean, I tried fixing the definitions to 0.7, but couldn't get them to work. I'll take a closer look at the problem and see if I can figure it out

@Skallabjorn Probably, I'm in the process of updating another mod for 0.6 and haven't looked what's breaking Stone Stand. Everything should be ready by next week.
