Every music in tf2 has been used in game, this jazzy one was just for an update a while ago, you can also hear this jazzy tune fighting "Brutal Sniper" in Saxton Hale mode.

The song is more peaceful than any other kind of song, it is an unused song for team fortress 2 but it can calm people when they are in the safe room.
