It seems like this guy isn't updating his stuff, I've completed my CS:S weapons for TTT and added the Dual Elites, if you want a completly working version see here.

The default SWEP.HoldType is incorrect, it should be set to "duel". But when using duel, only one of the pistols is placed into the hand, the other one is at the stomach.

The holdtype is wrong. Set it to duel (with that spelling).
