Lyon, the Day before... bridges repairable, popcap 275, Kessel's Version 5

in CoH1 (Blitzkriegmod) was a version of Lyon where the island on the left was passable for all Units,
and there was the startposition of the 8th Player on this island too.

So I load an older version of Lyon (from my maparchive) and rebuild this...

Facts on map-version:
- Terrain is reworked, it is more flat now
- Island on the left is passable for all Units, and can use for new Tactics
- all Buildings are reworked or renewed, u can use every house for cover, but u can crash the hole City too
- Startingpositions are still on the same position like in all other Lyon-Mapversions
- on the Island is a global Map-Entrypoint
- the left and right Bridge are wrecked an Start, but they can be repaired... same for the Bridges on the Island
- 2x 2 Ammo + Fuel Points
- Popcap is 275
