This dilapidated army base used to be a good place for soldiers to practice destroying robots. It then became abandoned because the robots wanted to practice destroying the soldiers, and it has remained a treacherous place since.

Your life here will be a lot easier if you can access the power stations here. Doing so will cause more goodies to show up. Just be careful, as things also start getting crazier as each substation gets hacked.
