Someone ask me about 700 population cap mod, included unlimited farms. Now, u got it!

[NOTE]:
This mod can be launched with NO NUKES MOD, but ll conflict with every mod, used rules.xml

Also - if u wanna play with it in multiplayer, all players in your room must have it

as far as Im aware, AI and player share the same rules. So - I think, AI can utilize this mod too

better to install this mod and then change rules.xml uself. Sorry, but Im not able to play RoN (and test mods) anymore

? or should I just install this mod ( RoN 2.1) and then go to rules.xml and just set the pop caps i want and the maximum farms i want?

@Dr. Zoidberg, it happens if steam servers are busy, just restart steam and try later.

Sadly Im switched from windows long times ago, so - I cant install game to copy this file :I Sorry
