It's a very cool site that builds designs random or based on text seed, so anybody who wants to can use the model of resulting ship for art renders or 3D printing. So as the images are all made using a free use product he has no more claim to that image than you to this ship.
By which I mean you have every right to do what you want with it. In all fairness I like his colors and your details, though I'm pretty sure his has just the port side docking point and has a 3 person cockpit. But anything that looks Homeworld inspired is pure gold really.
