Battle Sound Dampener [1.22+]

描述
This mod reduces most of the combat sounds dramatically. Ironman Compatible. Version: 1.22.*.*

This mod works with ALL VERSIONS of the game. I'm done saying this.

The only battle sound file left unchanged was the siege sound loop, which I found to be fairly acceptable. The other four sound loops have been reduced by 10db each, and the sword/musket/cannon sounds have each been reduced by 5db. Doing this allows you to continue playing with the rest of your interface sounds at their normal volumes with only your combat sounds reduced, which I've found to be excessively loud.

Yea they changed the sound of the battles and sieges.

If there has been some update in 1.26 that changes the system, it might not work. It really only swaps a few of the sound files. I haven't played EU4 in quite awhile...

I dont think this works anymore. From 1.26 the sound system has changed.

Well he said it should still be compatible with all versions(even now) so I guess should be fine.

This is the last time I'll say this. Seriously y'all, read the description. It should work fine and you should be able to enable it as is. I haven't played EU4 in a long time and have gone through two computers since I last played it. I'm not going to update this until I get back to the game, which won't be for a few months at the earliest.
