---------------------------------- INTRODUCTION ----------------------------------

The Companions Storyline was supposed to be a central theme of Skyrim... but it is filled with broken scripts and half-finished missions. The Companions are supposed to be the greatest warriors in Skyrim... but they're wimps. REAL COMPANIONS fixes this!

A great deal of emphasis is placed on pack mentality in the Companions, members of the Circle reminding the Dragonborn to always travel with at Shield Brother... but at the onset of the game no Shield Brothers or Sisters are available as a follower. This mod fixes that.

------------------------------------ CHARACTERS ------------------------------------

Naima and Volsung Strongbow are twin brother and sister duo who will gladly come with the Dragonborn on his early adventures as a Companion. Naima is an archer, while her brother favors two-handed weaopns. Both characters have the marriage option.

You can usually find them in the basement of Jorrvaskr.

Naima Strongbow

- She can level with the player from 1 to 81.
- She has a speed of 140, so she can keep up with the Dragonborn.
- She has a natural +50 boost to Stamina.
- She has a custom "Sniper" combat skill set, using the csCompanionMissile attack style.
- She has a complete set of Wolf Armor.
- Like a proper Nord, Naima can use the "Nord Battle Cry" in combat.
- Naima has the perks: Overdraw - Armsman - DuelFlurry - Stealth - MuffledMovement. 

Volsung Strongbow 

- He can level with the player from 1 to 81. 
- He has a speed of 140, so He can keep up with the Dragonborn. 
- He has a natural +50 boost to Stamina. 
- He uses the csHumanBoss2H attack style. 
- He has a complete set of Wolf Armor. 
- Like a proper Nord, Volsung can use the "Nord Battle Cry" in combat. 
- Volsung has the perks: Barbarian – ChampionStance - Juggernaut - Stealth - MuffledMovement. 

------------------------------------ GAMEPLAY ------------------------------------

Companions are now set to provide aid to friends and allies, including the player should they become members of The Companions. Everyone in Jorrvaskr now share friendships and alliances with one another. If the player chooses to marry a member of The Companions, many of them will how attend the wedding on both sides of the isle.

This mod IS compatible with the 1.9.X.X.X update of Skyrim. I am not aware of any potential conflicts with other mods. Should you find any, please let me know.

If you are having a problem with the mod in any way, please follow these tips BEFORE you post any comments.

1. Change your load order: Move the mod up or down in the Skyrim mod manager. Items at the bottom of the list load earlier than items at the top of the list. Adjusting the load order often fixes all problems.
2. Double check to make sure you are not running any mods that would conflict with this one. Conflicts are often caused by dirty mods referencing other aspects of the game, or clean mods that effect the same and/or associated items as this mod.

If you are still having a problem after following step 1 & 2, please request additional assistance.
