A29 Reform Center

So here's an updated version of my A28 Prison for A29. It's rebuilt from scratch and besides the new rooms (library, chapel, parole) it also went through some tweaking to improve prisoner happines, reform effectiveness and separation of supermax and protective custody prisoners (supermax are actually reformed now).
- 192 max., 20 supermax, 20 protective custody cells (ready to be turned into SuperiorCells once they're out)
- ~20k Daily Profit
- no deaths, no escapes
- good re-offending chance
- controlled legendaries
- anti-throw-in perimeter
- very little contraband

Some hints when playing the prison:
- don't use shakedown, search the cell blocks instead (preferably during eating times so you won't search prisoners)
- keep an eye out for new CIs
- legendaries/volatiles/instigators/deadlies go to supermax
- consider using my game tweaks

To try it out:
- subscribe to the workshop item
- go ingame to extras -> prison sharing
- select the prison
- click "play" at the bottom right
