Most likely this is outdated... since community development team buffed / balanced the drop quality a few times after this mod was created...

PS:
Modding is fine as long as it is through trendy Development Kit SDK not an external program... and it can only be used in the "Open" server not the "Ranked" server so it ain't cheating... more like experimental and exploring of the game limits :)
