One of my favorite places. Panorama taken in 4k.

Your panorama will end up looking the same whether your FOV is 60 or 120.

The major difference being that with lower FOV you will need more screenshots to complete the final image and can complicate things when stiching on the software side.

My advice would be to set FOV as high as you can and try to take as few screenshot as possible(I've run into problems with over 150 before).

Thanks everyone!

For those of you interested in creating your own backgrounds, it's done by creating a panorama consisting of about 40 screenshots at a high FOV. Then stitching each photo together into a massive single image using either Photoshop or other programs(I use Autopano). Hope this helps.

The high HDR makes it have that oilpaint effect, however looks beautiful!

It looks fantastic! I personally love The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and playing all sorts of games with this background is going to be lovely. I'd personally love to see more backgrounds from the game.
