Works just fine. I took the liberty to add the birch trees to the modmain.lua file. This is what I added:

GLOBAL.TUNING.DECIDUOUS_CHOPS_SMALL = 3
GLOBAL.TUNING.DECIDUOUS_CHOPS_NORMAL = 5
GLOBAL.TUNING.DECIDUOUS_CHOPS_TALL = 7

This does not seem to work if you are playing on a dedicated server. I set it as server mod, I enable it in client. Nothing.

its a cool mod but it dosent speed up shopping but it does lower the amount of shops u need to cut the tree down

cause it doesn't speed up chopping animation speed but instead it lowers chop amount needed for trees to be chopped :D
