SAO Sinon Background

Changes the background to Sinon from SAO 2, phantom bullet arc.

There are multiple editons of the image depending on where you access the menu. to give it some diversity.

To fix an error that I and many others have experienced, you can either, find the vpk file and move it into up from workshop to custom (so it loads faster),
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop\(Mod).vpk
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\(Mod).vpk

OR

enter you're graphics settings, advanced, switch any of theses settings to high, low whatever and it will refresh the background. (temporary fix once per launch)
