This is the material only. It will install to your Workshop folder and will not replace the original material unless you have given the workshop folder a higher priority than your TF folder in the Gameinfo.txt file.

If you're still having problems, see this guide. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=511040608 . I provides 3 methods on how to get these Materials fixes working in SFM.

Then when the download asked you if you wanted to replace materials, you must have clicked No to all, you have to yes to all if offered the prompt. UnSub this item, let SFM clear it then resub. if offered the prompt, click yes to all each time it appears.

i didnt find the dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur VMT , in the destination u told me

These are VMT files only and will come down to the
game\workshop\materials\models\workshop\player\items\spy\dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur folder. If you're not looking there, you won't find them.

hey pte, when i was in the folder like in the above, i can only see another workshop items and cant see the puffy provocateur file there. Is there any fix?

These are material fixes only and will show up in your SFM\game\workshop\materials\models\workshop\player\items\spy\ folder\dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur\ as dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur_blue.vmt or the blue version and dec2014_the_puffy_provocateur.vmt for the red.
