I saw this background addon and noticed that it was not consistantly showing on many peoples systems, I just took it and fixed it to work all the time, (from what i know).
Thanks to NILL for creating the original (and screenshot).

To fix an error that I and many others have experienced, you can either, find the vpk file and move it into up from workshop to custom (so it loads faster),
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop\375358291_saobackgroundfixed.vpk
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\375358291_saobackgroundfixed.vpk

OR

enter you're graphics settings, advanced, switch any of theses settings to high, low whatever and it will refresh the background. (temporary fix once per launch)

If you find any errors tell me please! ill look into it.

When I first found this mod I was very surprised and angry.
But I understood the explanation.
It is a mode I made for my use, so it does not matter.
