Hi,

This is the offical DeI 1.3.4 submod for faster movement during battles.

Save compatible with pervious and upcoming versions.

Changes:
-run and charge speed increased for all units

No, we never update official submods to Beta as then they wont be compatible for people that don't use Beta (which are majority).

You can just add these files again, they overwrite old ones.
Just make sure names are same.
