Environments LITE

The Environments addon was uploaded by CmdrMatthew and anything they made should they be credited for. Credits for Life support, Spacebuild and the space suit goes to their original creators.


This is a simplified Spacebuild gamemode scaled down to the bare necessities. No huge tool list, no custom models. All you need Team Fortress 2.

How do you use this then? It's plug and play!
When you're on a spacebuild map, the gamemode will be activated and you won't survive long outside non-hostile environments.

Go to the Environments tab in the tool section, use generators and storage to gain the resources you need to survive, link them together with resource nodes using the link tool. All generators require energy, and all energy need to be stored before it can be used. Link solar panels and an energy storage to a resource node and continue from there.

The LS Core provides you and your ship with oxygen and coolant in space. Connecting a seat to a resource node works too! Adjust the oxygen level to whatever you find optimal.

Different planets have different atmospheres, you might not be able to get nitrogen or hydrogen on earthlike planets but there are gas clouds and other planets which do have these gasses.
