This mod increase ur Population Cap to 700

[NOTE]:
It can conflict with other mods, which use rules.xml

And, if u wanna unlimited farms + population cap increase - write about it in commentaries!

sounds like an issue with workshop. As you can see on change notes, last update was 2 yan 2015, I didnt add anything since then

Yeah thats what we thought, its only a small hex value change I assume, but every 5 mins everyone would have to download a tiny update (few 100 KB) every 5 mins late game. Weird!

weird. Try to re-check if its installed and enabled for everybody (while other mods are disabled) in your room. Maybe restart steam or game.

The thing is - it shouldnt do anything like that. I mean - really, it doesnt add anything new to game, only alter some of default variables. There is literally NOTHING that may cause such issue (unless game recently got updated and they decided to rework the whole way, it handle stats)

@Mark Studio, yes, you can, as far as I know. But everyone in your lobby should have this mod installed
