-You may need to do snd_restart in console the sound won't work.

-If you dont want to do snd_restart you can copy the paste the workshop addon located in:
steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop
copy & paste marioyahoosound and the marioyahoosound.vpk.sound into custom folder back workshop

Ps: I know its kind of useless but i find this funny and why not?
