Animated "Police Siren" - HOLO Crosshair

描述
An animated "Police Siren" themed crosshair that starts blue, but has a red flash slide from right to left every couple of seconds. Looks pretty cool if I say so myself, but totally impractical. :P
Created for stylistic purposes in single player and co-op. Could be very dangerous for serious play, be warned!

Btw my comment that i made over a year ago i was assuming this was some kind of heart beat scanner/cheat, i didn't know much about the modding side of the game then lol.

You should be able to modify it yourself really easily. Just download VTF Edit and it'll have pretty much everything you need.
Or download "paint . net" and get the addon for VTF files.

if you find the files for laser replacement, can i send you some pictures? i have already made all frames ready, but i don't know the files for the laser in the first place.
