For some reason this game decides to cast a float to an int, and use propability instead of accumulating xp.
Basically when you gain 1.9 experience, the game will often only give 1 experience for a skill. Even worse, if you gain 0.9 experience, it will be exactly 0.

You will notice this the most when punching a training dummy, at higher levels, the experience gained will be lower than 1, so you effectively won't gain any experience when you are unlucky, with this mod you will.

The mod is fully compatible with notification mods, but keep in mind, i didn't change how they display skill experience. For example when you use More Notifications, you will still see full numbers when it shows your experience left to next level.

If you gain 1.9 experience per level, it will now drop down the "experience left" by 2 instead of 1, 9/10 times, in vanilla you can end up with only 5/10 times and when using xp notification mods the exp gain feels off.

Also note, the vanilla game uses propability based rounding, so you basically have a chance to gain 2 exp instead of 1, but this is very incosistent and rarely happened for me.
