New "Military" room:

To build a barracks, you must have:

- 1x Cartography Table,
- 6x Wall Banner or its alternative,
- 2x Torch or its alternative,
- 2x Chest,
- 2x Wardrobe,
- 2x Decorative Sheald Rack,
- 2x Decorative Weapon Rack,
- 2x Weapon Rack,
- 2x Armor Rack,
- 3x Archery Range and 2x Practice Dummy.

In return, you will receive a 160% bonus to melee and ranged combat training speed in this room, as well as a +5 bonus for visiting the room for 12 hours.
And, of course, storage for all your weapons and armor.

Oh. How could I forget - I found a spot for your Cartography Table, don't thank me :)
