Memory Cooldown Display Mod

A mod for displaying remaining cooldowns for memories (skills) below the player's health bar, so you can see when your cooldowns are finished without looking at the bottom of the screen.

Features:
- Displays cooldown timers for Q, W, E, and R skills below the health bar
- Shows "READY" when skills are off cooldown
- Shows remaining cooldown time in seconds (e.g., "5.2s", "12s")
- Color-coded: Green when ready, Orange during cooldown
- Shows charge counts for skills with multiple charges (e.g., "2/3")
- Only visible when in-game

The display appears automatically when you enter a game and shows the cooldown status for all your equipped memories.
