[IMU] Mobile Ore Locator & Extractor

The Mobile Ore Locator & Extractor is also known as the MOLE, and is sometimes called Ice Skimmers by the workers in IMU. It's one of the few non-railed vehicles that can survive the harsh conditions of the ice flats on Fruks. As such, it serves multiple roles. It's primary goal is to survey the flats and any less steep hills for precious ores so that IMU can set up proper mining rigs on them. It's second use is to be able to mine surface deposits. The drills can also mine ice to fuel the MOLE while it's out in the ice flats so that it can continue to do its job far from any base. It's third use is to act as an emergency rescue rover, as it houses a medical station and extra beds for any survivors to rest in. The pad on it's back can be used to either unload the rover partially, pick up rescued survivors, or to swap the current crew of the rover without being at a proper dock.

Had this vague idea for a while, but the upcoming 25-2 (or 26-1, who knows) LK server is rover-focused so I thought might as well get my own baserunner ready. Lore wise yes it has a main job but in-game it really just acts as a baserunner, with a focus on mining and hauling due to its cargo capacity. Also, the lore from the MCF is true, as I literally just took the top hull of that ship and based the rover off of it. It's a little bit less long but also a lot taller so in the end had a lot more interior space to work with.
