Set Random Skybox

Simple addon that adds a command to change the random skybox.

Just type in console "random_skybox"

The addon sets a random skybox located in the materials/skyboxes folder, you can create a bind for this command and jerk it off until you get a skybox that satisfies you. And thisf on russian because im too lazy to translate it.
