icouldnt test this mod alot due to network

known issues:
/em showing messages at wrong time due to post chat match messages (ie gg after match ended shows at the start)

restarting a singlerplayer replay will set the chat to chat history and not allow for using em chat

@JustNatan resyncing the game makes the chat dissapear and puts the historic instead
