Welcome to No Limit Mod Reborn. I am the creator of the DOWPopCapMod from DOW 2. I have tried the NLM from DOW 3 that has been made by another creator and it was lacking an element of scale, so I have gone and revamped the NLM for DOW3.

This new NLM has removed the limits on Elites and allows you to build them from your buildings. Due to some technical issues, I haven't been able to open it up to all elites, always being available (because the textures refuse to precache).

Below are my notes on the changes that have occured. I am looking for community feedback on what adjustments should be made. (i.e., should SPM scouts be available in HQ and should stormboys be 15 as well like in GOTY?)

Key Changes


Gameplay
• Resource points now passively produce Requisition and power (based on DOW1’s production rates, 1and 6 power and requisition per second, respectively)


Space Marines
• Removed All Population Requirements
• Removed population restrictions on Elite units
o Added Elite units to normal Production Buildings (costs gamma)
 Elite Units have a default 30-second respawn time to reduce spam and game breakage. Open to raising to 45 sec or 60 sec. The main limiter is gamma production.
o (I wish to have all elites available; however, there are texture issues that keep occurring. I have tried Precaching, but it still shows errors. Limited to only selected elites ATM. Reach out if you know how to fix this, please!)
• Removed Doctrine requirement for Turrets
• HQ produces 0.04 gamma (Elite unit currency) every second = 1 every 20 seconds.


Orks
• Removed All Population Requirements
• Waaagh Banner scrap call time reduced by half. (10 Sec)
• Removed Doctrine requirement for Turrets
• HQ produces 0.04 gamma (Elite unit currency) every second = 1 every 20 seconds.
• Removed limits on Waaagh Banners (was 5)

Unit Size Changes
I have changed some of the unit squad sizes to match that of DOW 1. A couple I adjusted because of the changes to their counterparts (Does not mean it is balanced). All costs are mostly the same (requisition and power requirements within 1-2 of the original value)

Known Issues.

Somehow uses the Elites that are not open to them. All shall see the broken textures I mentioned at the beginning. I restricted it to prevent player use because using abilities could cause crashes.
