Say has anyone been having an issue lately of the mod not starting?

Earlier today for reasons unknown my game would not start passed the title screen.

Any buildings work, just make sure your planets are not empty

All you need to do to build up your infastructure is fill space build slots and planet build slots with buildings/shipyards/defense platforms

is there somewhere that goes over this infrastructure mechanic. Got like 5 planets and im negative 17 again and cant complete quests fast enough to get it back and only 1 building seems to add to infrastructure. I may be daft, even likely but any help appreciated. loving the update otherwise so far.
