Bullion Famine

European gold and silver mine debuff.

A very simple mod made primarily for my own use that reduces the local output (-30%) and max RGO size (-50%) of existing gold and silver mines in Europe. The event that applies these is set to fire in 1360 and it's meant to provide additional incentive for colonising, while being inspired by the historical Great Bullion Famine that affected Europe.

This was also the first time I wrote an event from scratch, so there probably are various inefficiencies, redundancies etc. If you decide to use this and notice anything broken (other than the game balance, that was already broken heh) let me know in the comments.
