You really are walking into hideouts, negotiating, and exiting with exactly what you need.

You are under the auspices of The Law, so run to the police if the parley proves punchy.

• Joke may cause NPCs to be "Annoyed". Mugger grants interaction with annoyed NPCs, so the path of diplomacy is never closed. Beware: this character can not gain party members.

• Choose any Big Quest you believe suits the playstyle. I gave the Diplomat the Comedian's Big Quest because it's generic and completes itself. Doctor's Big Quest is a plodding, uninspired Big Quest, so it was not chosen in spite of its thematic notability.
